Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return via our Return Portal.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Please note certain items cannot be returned, such as Final Sale items. Please double-check the product description before purchase to see if an item is eligible for return.

 

Return Request

To start a return, please visit our Return Portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid postage label (Royal Mail for UK orders or the relevant national mail service for international orders). Please ensure you keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed. If you have any trouble loading or printing your postage label, please contact us customer@double2punch.com. 

 

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping fee. The return shipping fee will be later deducted from your final refund amount. 

Please note you must post your return within 7 days of receiving the label. If the return is not sent within this timeframe, the label will expire, and we will consider the return request cancelled. You will not be able to request a return for these items again, and your return will not be accepted.


Returns Routing

Depending on your location, you will be asked to send your package to one of the following hubs: Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia: Returns must be sent to our hub in China; UK and all other International countries: Returns must be sent to our hub in the UK.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Our customer team reserves the right to reject a return if it fails to meet the conditions stated above; in this case, the item will be returned to you.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.

 

Non-Refundable Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if your order contained multiple items and the remaining total after the return still qualifies for free shipping, your original shipping will not be deducted.

International returns from the United States and France, please note pre-paid duties are non-refundable.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Cancellation Fee

A 3% processing fee will be applied to any order cancelled before it has been dispatched.

 

Disclaimer

We do monitor the number of returns made by customers in order to check whether the purchase of products is pursued for consumer purposes and is not, on the contrary, pursued for commercial, entrepreneurial or professional purposes, and/or is otherwise related to fraudulent intent. Frequent or repeated returns and in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged. In this case, at our discretion, we may proceed to close your account or refuse future orders.
