We dispatch every order within 2 working days. Please note weekends and bank holidays are not considered working days.

Orders containing 'Pre-Order' items will only be shipped after pre-order items are ready (approx. 2 weeks).

If you'd like the pre-order to be shipped separately, please contact us to arrange separate shipping for an additional fee.

Faulty / Incorrect Items

If the parcel looks clearly damaged or ripped upon arrival, or if any item is incorrect, missing, faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos and videos of the item and/or packaging. Please keep everything exactly as you received it until we resolve the issue.

  • Royal Mail International Tracked. 5 working days. Free for orders over £185.
  • ParcelForce Global Priority. 3 working days.
  • France & USA import duties pre-paid at checkout.

Japan & South Korea

  • UPS / EMS. 3-5 working days. Free shipping, no minimal spend.

Others

  • Royal Mail International Tracked. 5-10 working days. Free for orders over £185.
  • May be subject to import duties & taxes upon arrival.

Lost / Damaged Parcels

Returns

Return Conditions

We accept returns for a refund, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition you received it: unworn, no signs of use, with all the original tags attached, in the original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as Final Sale items. Please double-check the product description before purchase to see if an item is eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. please visit our Return Portal to submit a return request within 10 days of receiving your order.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid postage label - Royal Mail for UK orders or the relevant national mail service for international orders.
  3. You must post your return within 7 days of receiving the label. If the return is not sent within this timeframe, the label will expire, and we will consider the return request cancelled. You will not be able to request a return for these items again, and your return will not be accepted.
  4. You are responsible for the return shipping fee. The return shipping fee will be later deducted from your final refund amount. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
  5. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 working days.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.

Non-refundable Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if your order contained multiple items and the remaining total after the return still qualifies for free shipping, your original shipping will not be deducted.

International returns from the United States and France, please note pre-paid duties are non-refundable.

We do monitor the number of returns made by customers in order to check whether the purchase of products is pursued for consumer purposes and is not, on the contrary, pursued for commercial, entrepreneurial or professional purposes, and/or is otherwise related to fraudulent intent. Frequent or repeated returns and in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged. In this case, at our discretion, we may proceed to close your account or refuse future orders.
